46-year-old Mandy Dawn Jordan is accused of harassing her ex-boyfriend's now ex-girlfriend, Ronisha Holt. Holt states she's changed phone numbers and even moved to another residence, and Dawn Jordan continues to harass and stalk her, calling and texting multiple times a day with threats. For this arrest, Jordan reportedly poured an unknown red substance into the gas tank of Holt's car, causing it to no longer start.
