27-year-old Chester Allen had a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend, Emma O’Connell, at their residence on January 27th. O’Connell spoke with officers, advising them that she and Allen argued over him owing her money. O'Connell grabbed his clothes from the closet and asked him to leave. Then, Allen grabbed the clothes aggressively from her, causing her to fall, hit her head, and twist her knee. She told officers that Allen tried to assist her after the accident. Officers observed the injuries she sustained and spoke with Allen, who admitted to accidentally bumping into her, causing the fall. Allen was taken into custody for domestic assault.
