32-year-old Dagnachew Bizuneh was involved in an altercation with Madison Lewis at Rep. John Lewis Way on October 29th. Lewis advised officers that Bizuneh hit her, leaving a visible mark on her arm. Bizuneh said he did not hit her but that he pushed her out of the car after she refused to get out.
