Drunk CN3 Training Owner Carson Nance causes Wedgewood-Houston residents to grab baseball bats in fear
At least two different Wedgewood-Houston neighbors tell Metro Nashville Police they grabbed baseball bats for protection as they believed 30-year-old Clyde Carson Nance was attempting to break into a house - in fact, the initial call came into 911 coded as a potential burglary. Neighbors say Nance was beating on the door of a home there so hard they believed the glass was about to shatter. The resident screamed at him to leave the property multiple times, but he continued to beat on the front of the nearly all-glass home. Police arrived and found an extremely intoxicated Clyde Carson Nance, who first told them he came to the location from his home, but later admitted he came from a nearby bar. Police say he was incoherent and was making nonsense statements throughout the entire encounter. Nance was transported to the Metro Nashville Jail, and charged with public intoxication.
