42-year-old Steven Strickland was passed out in his running vehicle on October 26th. When police arrived, the vehicle was off as Strickland spoke with medics. The medics advised officers that Strickland was having difficulty answering questions but was coherent. He was visibly intoxicated and admitted to medics that he had been drinking earlier. He then admitted to officers that he had "three beers a couple of hours ago." He was hesitant to perform sobriety tests but eventually agreed, performed poorly, and was taken into custody.
