Former THP Trooper found lying in parking lot of Mexican restaurant, too drunk to care for himself.
Mt. Juliet Police took Michael Dunn into custody just before 11 p.m. on August 18th, after he was found lying outside a local Mexican restaurant, half in the grass, half in the parking lot, unable to care for himself with no ride home.
