53-year-old Frank Tice was booked last week on a citation from May, charging him with DUI. Police say he was the driver of a motorcycle that was involved in an accident with a pedestrian at Murfreesboro Pike & East Thompson Lane. Tice was transported to the hospital for his injuries and, while there, admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the crash. Due to his hospitalization, Tice was issued a citation at the time, charging him with DUI.
