Highway Patrol records impaired woman driving nearly 20 miles over the speed limit
22-year-old Priscila Aguilar-Gonzalez was charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana when Highway Patrol's radar recorded her speed at 19 miles over the posted speed limit and was found with marijuana during the search.
