25-year-old Martin Carvalho was found passed out on the ground on Maxwell Ave in East Nashville early Sunday morning. He refused the services of medical personnel, and officers observed his slurred speech and obvious extreme level of intoxication. Carvalho had trouble forming simple sentences and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
