39-year-old Erin Akers told police she had "three Cosmopolitan" drinks at Jason Aldean's Bar before crashing her car at 12th & Demonbreun late Saturday night. She left the bar to drive home around 11 p.m., which was about an hour before the crash. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and had trouble standing on her own during the interaction. She was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
