31-year-old Samsor Hajizada was jailed on Thursday after police pulled him over for a traffic violation on Broadway. He refused to provide a license and registration at the officer's request, stating that he would not take another ticket. Officers requested once again that he provide information, to which he said, "No, I will not," and drove off. The officer was in fear he was going to be trucked by the vehicle, but he moved out of the way just before Hajizada sped off.
