54-year-old Tracy Shankle was caught stealing at the DGX on December 11th. Officers observed him purchasing several items but putting three cans of beer in his bag before exiting without paying. Shankle admitted to not paying for the beer and was cited for theft. He was booked on the citation on December 22nd.
