22-year-old Yahya Sezgin was jailed Saturday after he had "been partying all day on Broadway," as he told first responders. Police found him passed out with "puke all over himself, sitting alone on the curb" near 14th & Broadway. When police arrived, Sezgin was refusing transport to the hospital from the Medics on the scene. He continued his refusals when police asked him if he would like to go to the hospital. He couldn't communicate properly and was falling over when officers asked where his friends and family were, so he was placed into custody as officers determined he was a danger to himself.
