32-year-old Austin Ammen was charged in March for not wearing a seat belt and was jailed in August. Police conducted a traffic stop on Austin Ammen's automobile on March 9th on Gallatin Pike and cited him for not wearing a seat belt. He was set to appear in court for the traffic violation on May 26th. He was supposed to self-book on the citation but did not, so a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was placed into custody on August 3rd after failing to appear in court.
